What makes medicine truly medicinal?
Why does modern “medicine”, when meant to heal, take millions of lives each year? Can we really call it “medicine” if it profits from illness, but fails to offer true cures? The 1st Oath after all is “DO NO HARM.”

These questions have shaped my life’s work and guided me through 2+ decades of study.

I have studied midwifery, botanical medicine, nutrition, neuroscience, homeopathy, naturopathy, Traditional Chinese Medicine, yoga, meditation, and breathwork. I’ve explored bodywork, Zen Shiatsu acupressure, and Qi Gong. Still, the answers eluded me. I have used them to heal and as a practitioner helping women and children recover from burnout and the impact of trauma.

I have deepened my practice with medical anthropology, somatic psychology, ecopsychology, and narrative medicine. I apprenticed with shamanic healers, medicine men and women, and wisdom keepers from every corner of the world. And then, I began to see.

Healing is not only an intellectual pursuit and it cannot be fixed. It is a deeply personal and profoundly soul-powered and embodied journey. Through my own recovery from CPTSD, parasitic illness, burnout, and adrenal exhaustion, I discovered that the most lasting cure comes from a reconnection to Self. All the rest are tools and techniques for the journey.

As a practitioner, I combine my expertise, personal experience, and clairvoyant and intuitive abilities to guide others back to themselves. Because the truth is, the answer to what makes medicine “medicinal” is not something I can simply tell you. It is a felt experience—something you must discover for yourself- but you do not have to do it by yourself.

And once you feel it, you cannot unknow it.

That is why I do what I do: to serve as a medical intuitive, spiritual teacher, and healing guide. There is no greater gift than witnessing others transform into the highest, truest versions of themselves.
