“…careful, Drea’s setting out to dismantel the systems that seek to harm, deny and gaslight women and mothers. And she’s onto something.”
Carli, Mama of 3

“The woman who knows herself is unstoppable.”

Drea J Lett
Writer, Author, Mama, Intuitive
Drea is a researcher at heart with a background in neuroscience, nutrition, yoga and medical anthropology. She is a spiritualist whose work is shaped by both rigorous academic training and lived experience. Drea attended Chinese medical school, has studied herbal medicine, and has extensive experience in trauma-informed somatic psychology. Her professional training is complemented by certifications as a labor and delivery doula, yoga practitioner, and Zen Shiatsu bodyworker. Drea has also co-authored a book on Kriya breathwork meditation with Dr. Lowenstein.
Drea’s path has been further informed through long-term study, ceremony, and mentorship with traditional medicine carriers from Lakota, Mexica, Quechua, Hawaiian, Chinese, West African, and Indian traditions. These teachings are held with humility and respect and expressed through her own lived synthesis rather than as representation of any single lineage. With more than 25 years of experience in health, wellness, and shamanic study, Drea brings discernment, critical awareness, and spiritual integrity to her work. Under the guidance of both embodied teachers and non-ordinary sources of wisdom, she has refined seven of the eight recognized clairs, grounding intuitive perception in practical application and ethical care.
A mother of two children born in two different countries (both at home), Drea’s work is deeply informed by her personal recovery from chronic illness, complex PTSD, and domestic violence. These experiences have reframed her capacity to meet women with clarity, compassion, and an unwavering respect for personal agency and sovereignty.
Drea’s work now centers women and restoring right relationship between body and spirit, Self and Earth, the seen and unseen. Drawing from her comprehensive background, she supports mothers in returning home to themselves through a reconnection with body, intuition, and identity. The teachings entrusted to her are carried with gratitude and expressed through service that is relational and alive.
This work is Committed to:
Scientific and medical grounding: neuroscience, medical anthropology, Chinese, nutritional and botanical medicine.
Energetic and spiritual experience: communion with spirits, animal allies, and multidimensional perception.
Cultural sensitivity: anti-racist practice, reverence for your teachers, and a refusal to commodify or romanticize Indigenous lineages via new age spiritual bypassing.
Kerstin, 6 months postpartum
“Drea’s feedback was always what I needed to hear, but not always what I wanted to hear. That made all the difference. 10/10 recommend.”

“I earned about myself, healed from a broken heart and truly feel so grateful I met Drea. Her presence and energy is immediately grounding and her work so potent.”
